1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to https://wan3.lat and the AI video tools offered there. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Access is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity that happens in your workspace and for keeping your account secure.

3. Credits and billing

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. Each plan includes the monthly video credits shown on the pricing page. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and are not transferable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create illegal content, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content

You keep the rights to the prompts and source images you upload. Videos generated on a paid plan may be used commercially.

6. Availability

Wan 3.0 is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep generation available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
