Refund Policy

1. Monthly plans
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
2. Annual plans
Annual billing is charged up front with all twelve months of credits granted immediately. Unused credit packs are not refundable.
3. Service issues
If a generation fails for a platform reason, the credits are returned to your balance. For anything else, contact support@wan3.lat and we will review the request.
